The Green Bay Packers have officially ruled out wide receiver Allen Lazard for their game with the Buffalo Bills in Week 8.

Allen Lazard won’t be available in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills. The Green Bay Packers have officially ruled out their leading wide receiver ahead of their Sunday Night Football showdown against the AFC leaders.

Green Bay released its final injury report for Week 8: Lazard and cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles have been ruled out.

Unfortunately, Lazard might not be the only key starter out of the game for the Packers.

Packers Week 8 injury report: Allen Lazard out

Along with Allen Lazard being ruled out, the Packers have listed four players as questionable to play, and each of them are important players.

Offensive linemen David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins are questionable to play due to knee injuries. Bakhtiari didn’t play in last week’s loss to the Washington Commanders.

Bakhtiari and Jenkins were limited at practice on Friday.

Wide receiver Christian Watson is also listed as questionable due to a hamstring injury. He has missed Green Bay’s last two games but did practice all week, which is encouraging.

Edge rusher Rashan Gary is also questionable for Week 8. He remains in the concussion protocol, although he was listed as a full participant at practice on Friday, which could be a sign he’ll be ready to play.

Gary being active would be huge for the Packers’ defense ahead of their toughest challenge of the season against the league’s top-ranked offense.

The good news is that quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Sammy Watkins are good to go. They have been taken off the injury report. Both were limited at practice on Friday.

The Packers know they will be without Lazard. Hopefully, the other starters on the injury report will be able to play in Week 8.
