3 best prop bets for Packers vs. Bears in Week 13 matchup
The Green Bay Packers will aim to ‘own’ the Chicago Bears again at Soldier Field. Here are three of the best prop bets for Week 13.
The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears meet at Soldier Field on Sunday afternoon. It’s not a matchup with playoff seeding on the line, but perhaps a loser-takes-the-better-draft-pick game.
With Aaron Rodgers at quarterback, the Packers have a phenomenal record at Soldier Field. Rodgers will look to add another win to the column. He looks on track to start in Week 13, despite dealing with thumb and rib injuries.
Green Bay has lost seven of its last eight games, while Chicago has lost eight of its last nine. Something has to give. One of these teams has to win. Well, one of these teams has to not lose might be a better way of phrasing it.
Ahead of this divisional matchup, here are three of the best prop bets for Week 13:
Best Packers prop bets vs. Bears in Week 13
Christian Watson prop bet:
- Anytime TD scorer (+140)
Christian Watson has six touchdown catches over the past three weeks. He caught five from Aaron Rodgers and one from Jordan Love.
Against a struggling Bears defense, the Packers would be smart to target their talented rookie wide receiver early and often, as he may find the end zone again.
Packers prop bet:
- OVER 23.5 team total points (-125)
The offense has shown signs of life in recent weeks. Before Week 10, the Packers had failed to score 30 points all season. They’ve now done it twice in three games.
The Bears have allowed an average of 34.6 points per game over the past five weeks. Their defense is struggling.
Aaron Jones prop bet:
- OVER 58.5 rushing yards (-115)
Aaron Rodgers will be playing through injury, so it makes sense for the Packers to lean on Aaron Jones against a Bears defense that ranks 27th against the run.
Jones ran for 132 yards and a touchdown against the Bears in Week 2, and he could have another big performance on Sunday.
