The Packers might not end up running the table, but I’m backing them this week against the Rams. Green Bay has found life offensively in recent weeks and is coming off a bye.

Despite Baker Mayfield’s heroics in the Rams’ late victory over the Las Vegas Raiders last week, he is still entering only his second game on a new team. It won’t be easy to build chemistry with his receivers in such a short space of time, and it could lead to mistakes.

Meanwhile, the Rams have the third-worst rushing offense in the league. Green Bay has struggled to stop the run, but that shouldn’t be a major concern against Los Angeles.

I’m predicting a comfortable Packers win at home. It might not be a perfect game from Matt LaFleur’s team, but they get the job done and keep their season alive for another week.
