The Green Bay Packers have won two straight, but know they must continue their winning run against the Miami Dolphins on Christmas Day.
Green Bay’s defense needs to put in one of its best performances of the season, but the offense gets a favorable matchup against a struggling Miami passing defense.
Ahead of their showdown on Christmas Day, here are three of the best prop bets for the Packers.
Best Packers prop bets vs. Dolphins in Week 16
Aaron Rodgers prop bet:
- OVER 247.5 passing yards per game (-114)
There’s a good chance Green Bay will need to score a lot of points to keep pace with a dominant Miami offense. That could mean plenty of passes from the right arm of Aaron Rodgers.
It helps that Rodgers gets to go against a Dolphins defense that ranks 27th against the pass.
On their three-game losing streak, Miami allowed 304 passing yards to Josh Allen, 367 to Justin Herbert, and 266 to Brock Purdy and Jimmy Garoppolo combined.
AJ Dillon prop bet:
- Anytime touchdown scorer (+145)
Aaron Jones is dealing with a knee injury that has limited him at practice this week. It could lead to another big workload for AJ Dillon, who has 29 carries over the past two games.
Dillon has also scored touchdowns three games in a row, including two last week against the Los Angeles Rams. Dillon is playing his best football of the season and has stepped up when the Packers have needed him most.
Packers prop bet:
- OVER 23.5 total points (-102)
Green Bay has averaged 26.6 points over its past five games, with the offense showing significant improvements from earlier in the season.
Miami, meanwhile, has given up 30+ points in two of its past three games. There will be opportunities for the Packers to score points.
