The Green Bay Packers didn’t make the playoffs, but there were plenty of great moments throughout the season.

Today, we will celebrate three of the Packers’ most dominant individual performances from 2022.

Without these three standout performances, they may not have won these games.

Rashan Gary vs. New England Patriots (Week 4)

The Packers missed Rashan Gary after he suffered a season-ending injury, and it’s because of performances like this one.

Gary couldn’t be stopped against the New England Patriots. According to Pro Football Focus, Gary made two run stops, three sacks, and two pressures on 21 pass-rush snaps. He also forced a turnover.

Christian Watson vs. Dallas Cowboys (Week 10)

Christian Watson’s breakout performance came in Week 10. He didn’t just keep Green Bay in the game, but helped the team fight back to defeat the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10.

Watson caught four passes for 107 yards and three touchdowns.

He scored on a 58-yard reception in the second quarter to tie the game. With the Packers down 28-14 in the fourth, Watson caught a 39-yard touchdown, then tied it up with a seven-yard score.

The Packers would win in overtime on a Mason Crosby field goal.

Watson was unstoppable against the Cowboys, a breakout performance that started a great end to the season for the rookie wide receiver.

Jaire Alexander vs. Minnesota Vikings (Week 17)

In a must-win game against a division rival, Jaire Alexander stepped up and played at his All-Pro best.

According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, Alexander was matched up against star wide receiver Justin Jefferson on 20 of his 31 routes. Alexander shut him down, with Jefferson only making one catch for 15 yards in the entire game, which wasn’t against Alexander.

According to Pro Football Focus, Alexander was only targeted once in the game, and he broke up the pass.

An absolutely dominant performance from the Packers’ star cornerback.
