Wow! It has happened. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Green Bay Packers are trading for Dallas Cowboys All-Pro pass-rusher Micah Parsons.

Per Rapoport, the Packers will give Parsons a four-year, $188 million extension with $136 million fully guaranteed. He becomes the highest-paid non-QB in NFL history.

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Green Bay will send two first-round picks to the Cowboys and defensive tackle Kenny Clark.

Stunning. Simply stunning. It's the type of move that launches the Packers deep into the Super Bowl stratosphere and will send shockwaves throughout the NFL. Packers GM Brian Gutekunst spoke about urgency. Well, this is it.

Packers make the deal of the century with the Cowboys for Micah Parsons

Grade: A+

It's an A+. A huge win for the Packers. Parsons is one of the league's best players, and he changes everything for Matt LaFleur's team.

It hurts to lose a player like Clark, but it's such a great deal for the Packers. Clark is a Pro Bowler but is coming off arguably the worst season of his career, having made only one sack, whereas Parsons is entering the best years of his career.

Just like Brett Favre had Reggie White and Aaron Rodgers had Charles Woodson, the Packers have now landed the all-world defensive player to help Jordan Love's Super Bowl mission.

It's hard to put into words the impact Parsons can make alongside Rashan Gary in this defense. In his four seasons with the Cowboys, he has made 52.5 sacks, 112 quarterback hits, and 63 tackles for loss.

The Packers made a deal without giving up Gary or Lukas Van Ness.

From out of nowhere, Green Bay's pass rush goes from questionable to elite. The Packers go from pretenders to serious contenders.

This is the defining moment of Gutekunst's Packers era. He means business.
