Help is on the way. Jayden Reed is one of several players who could return for the Green Bay Packers' crucial showdown with the Chicago Bears, and he's on track to play.

The Packers have activated Reed from injured reserve, which means he is cleared and good to go. And while he remains listed as questionable on the final injury report for Week 14, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport left no doubt.

"He'll play Sunday," Rapoport reports.

Packers WR Jayden Reed will play in huge Week 14 game vs. Bears

Reed is back. He can add so much to this Packers offense, especially after the catch, which will help replace some of the production lost following Tucker Kraft's season-ending injury.

It's easy to forget that Reed has led the Packers in receiving in each of the past two seasons. He can make a similar impact to Christian Watson since his return from injury. Watson is playing like a true WR1 and looks better than ever.

Reed hasn't played since Week 2 in Green Bay's win over the Washington Commanders.

He was already dealing with a foot injury that ESPN's Jason Wilde had described as "problematic." But after breaking his collarbone in Week 2, Reed had no choice but to take time off. It allowed him to recover from both injuries, which means he should be even healthier now than he was at the beginning of the season.

The Packers are bringing back a receiver with 122 career catches for 1,695 yards and 15 touchdowns in his first 35 games. When healthy, he is arguably Green Bay's best receiver, and he adds something different to Watson and Romeo Doubs.

It's a huge boost for the Packers at just the right time. We'll see how quickly he resumes a full-time role and how many snaps he plays on Sunday.
