Things have been pretty glum for the Packers since Sunday afternoon. After losing the regular season finale to the Bears in somewhat-embarrassing fashion, they're headed on the road to play one of the best teams in the NFC in the Wild Card round.

Not only that, but they'll face off against the Eagles in Philly with a potentially-injured quarterback and without one of their best, if not their best, wide receivers. After tearing his ACL in the season finale, Christian Watson's season is officially over, and the vibes in around Green Bay have been absolutely abysmal ever since. Case in point: fellow wide receiver Jayden Reed's reaction on Sunday night.
Jayden Reed's reaction to Christian Watson's ACL tear will deeply bum you out
"Man, I don't even want to speak about that," Reed said in the Packers locker room after Sunday's loss to Chicago. "I don't even want to speak about that."
Well. Great. Now Christian Watson is out for the rest of the season, and I'm sad. It's honestly a little insane that the Packers won 11 games, the Bears won five games, and somehow the vibes in Chicago are WAY better right now. What's the point of winning 11 games if you still have to feel worse than a Chicago Bears fan? Is football the worst?
Maybe this will galvanize everyone into absolutely boatracing the Eagles this weekend? Maybe they all just need to be Sad Bois for the week, and then channel that energy into the most impressive Week 1 revenge game we've ever seen. Or maybe they're just letting the Eagles think that they're all super distraught, only to come out of the gates on Sunday more united than ever? I will speculate on literally any stupid theory about this before accepting the fact that everyone's just sad and the vibes are terrible. Don't test me, I'll do it.
