The Green Bay Packers have recently been linked to two of the NFL's premier pass rushers -- Micah Parsons and Trey Hendrickson -- both of whom have grown disgruntled with their current organizations over the stalemate in contract negotiations. Kay Adams of the Up & Adams show is pushing for a Parsons-to-Packers trade.
Adams, who quietly played a role in Green Bay acquiring Xavier McKinney last offseason, wants it to happen.
"As fan GM, I'm trying to make Micah Parsons to Green Bay happen for yall obviously. Temperature is a lil strange," Adams posted.

In an interview with Jordan Love, Adams noted that he shared an agent with Parsons before expressing her interest in seeing Parsons in Green Bay.

Parsons has expressed his desire to be traded away from the Dallas Cowboys, as the two sides have not been able to agree to terms on a new contract. The Packers have often been mentioned as one of the top landing spots for the three-time All-Pro, who could take their defense from being elite to the best unit in the league.
The Packers' defense was elite by nearly every metric in 2024. They ranked sixth in scoring defense and fifth in total yards allowed, while finishing tied for eighth in the league with 45 sacks.
Their pass-rushing success was a truly balanced effort, as they did not have a truly elite pass-rusher. Rashan Gary, who led the team with 7.5 sacks, was the only player on the roster to finish with more than 5.0.
Parsons has been dominant over the course of his four-year career. He has recorded 256 total tackles, 172 solo tackles, 63 tackles for loss, 52.5 sacks, 112 quarterback hits, nine forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, nine passes defended, and one defensive touchdown.
While it would certainly cost a haul to acquire him -- plus a lucrative extension -- Parsons is well worth the cost. The Cowboys star ranks fifth in the league in sacks since being drafted and has reached the Pro Bowl in every season of his career.
