Matt LaFleur provides concerning Jordan Love injury update after Packers' Week 8 win
At least they won?
In the wake of the Green Bay Packers' (slightly-stressful) Week 8 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, most of the postgame attention was centered on quarterback Jordan Love.
At some point early in the afternoon, Love suffered a groin injury, and was noticably hobbled through the next few Packers series.
He eventually came out of the game and was listed as questionable to return. Malik Willis ended up playing the rest of the game, going 4-for 5-with 56 yards. His clutch 51-yard pass to Jayden Reed set up the Packers' game-winning field goal.

After the game, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur didn't have too much new information on Love's injury but did admit that the team is pretty concerned about it going forward.
Matt LaFleur admits Packers have 'high level of concern' for Jordan Love
"I do not, no idea," LaFleur said. "But obviously there's a high level of concern anytime a guy's in there. And he did it early in that drive. I think everybody could see him struggling to move around. It just got to a point where we and he didn't feel like he could protect himself. So, went with Malik."
Love's dealt with lower body injuries all season – quite literally from Week 1 – and although this injury isn't related to the knee sprain he suffered against the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL's Brazil Game back in early September, it's never a great sign when the coach is already admitting that the team has 'a high level of concern' about an injury.
If Love has to miss some extended time going forward, it couldn't come at a worse moment for the Packers. Next week's game against the Lions – in Green Bay – is arguably the biggest game on their schedule, and their next month includes games against the Bears, 49ers, and Dolphins.
Willis proved plenty capable of filling in for Love, going 2-0 and throwing for almost 400 yards in two starts back in September, though both wins came against two bad AFC South opponents.
