By now, we all know that Matt LaFleur is a good coach. Besides the fact that anyone who survives Aaron Rodgers in one piece deserves to be tenured, LaFleur's proved time and time again that he's one of, if not the, best coaches in the NFL.
He's also quickly gaining a reputation for putting together great coaching staffs around him. They're so great, in fact, that they're starting to predict the future. Maybe fortune telling is the new Moneyball?
Shortly after the Packers' thrilling 20-19 win over the Bears on Sunday, LaFleur talked about how, apparently, Green Bay's special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia knew that they were going to block a kick.

Packers' Rich Bisaccia knew they were going to block a kick against the Bears
"I will say this, Rich (Bisaccia) said to our team last night, 'I will not understand if we come out of this game without a block, whether a field goal or a PAT,'" said LaFleur.
On one hand, this is only the type of fun soundbite you pull out for a press conference when you win. Very few things are more powerful than a well-placed "I told you," so it's nice to see Bisaccia get his victory lap. He's long been considered one of the best special teams coordinators in football, so even if this story isn't totally true exactly how LaFleur described it, there are plenty of reasons to believe that he truly did call his shot.
With that being said: Rich, if you knew this was going to happen, it probably wouldn't have hurt to be a little more specific. Adding the whole "game-winning play" wrinkle to the prediction would have gone a long way towards helping the Packers' 59 minutes of anxiety from Sunday afternoon, and would have looked way cooler too.
Predicting a blocked kick is kinda cool; predicting a game-winning blocked kick is extremely metal. And kinda creepy in a way? What a strange superpower to have, although I guess he's in the right line of work.
Time to ask Bisaccia what else he knows. When will they bench Quay Walker? Is Jordan Love going to stop making weird decisions in the red zone? Who's going to make the game-winning play next week? We have so many questions, and Bisaccia has all the answers. It's about time an NFL team hired a fortune teller.
