The 2026 NFL Draft is around the corner, and teams are hard at work putting together their draft boards. The Green Bay Packers are also going through that process, learning more about prospects by the day. One of the important steps of the evaluation process is visits, and Green Bay is currently scheduled to host an interesting defensive prospect.

Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 recently shared that Georgia defensive tackle Christen Miller is set to meet the Packers for a pre-draft visit.

Miller is a popular prospect, already having visits/campus meetings with four teams, and eight additional visits lined up. Again, Green Bay is amongst that eight, and the team could use Miller at defensive tackle.

There is one major concern for the interior defensive lineman. Miller hasn't done any athletic testing in the pre-draft process, opting out of activities at the NFL Scouting Combine and at Georgia's Pro Day. For a Packers organization that has shown it values those tests, that could be problematic for Miller's evaluation.

As The Leap's Peter Bukowski recently noted, the Packers almost never draft players inside the top 100 with no athletic profile. Josh Myers was one of the few exceptions.

Obviously, for Miller, it's not an issue that has completely removed him from Green Bay's board, because the team has a visit scheduled with him.

Despite that, Miller is considered one of the top defensive tackles in the 2026 draft class, and his production at Georgia explains why. Spending four seasons with the Bulldogs, Miller played in 43 games, recording 64 tackles, 11.5 for a loss, and four sacks. Considering that he's an interior defensive lineman, his numbers don't exactly jump off the screen, but he was an elite run stopper for a dominant defense.

The Packers could use his skillset on the interior of their defensive line, and it's no secret that the franchise likes drafting Georgia defenders. In recent years, Green Bay has selected Devonte Wyatt, Quay Walker, Javon Bullard, Warren Brinson, and even Eric Stokes, who was selected back in 2021. Miller could be next for the franchise.
