Now that we're well past the draft and finally cleared of the schedule release, you'd think things in the NFL would start to calm down a little. You'd think, given how the league dominates every ounce of dopamine our bodies produce for 10 months out of the year, the next six weeks before training camps would be a nice time to rest, relax, and not worry about squeezing the last bit of juice out of any Way-Too-Early season preview content that no one really asked for.

But that'd be silly, because it's never too early for a season preview. I'm honestly a little disappointed I haven't seen a 2027 conversation yet. The feeling of summer's warm sun on your skin can only go so far – real happiness looks like a 450 word paragraph about how Matthew Golden is probably the best wide receiver in the NFC North already, probably.
And when you just really need that content hit, there's no better place to find it than your fix than at Bleacher Report. They've got what you need. Like, for example, their large list of win-loss predictions that they recently published for reasons you don't need to worry about. Do you really care? All you need to worry about – or celebrate – is that B/R thinks the Packers are 12-game, division-winners this season. What else matters?
Bleacher Report's Packers prediction is the perfect way to start your week
2025 projection: 12-5 (NFC North division winner)
"Though Christian Watson is recovering from a torn ACL, Green Bay has the potential to produce explosive plays with the addition of rookie first-round wide receiver Matthew Golden, who averaged 17 yards per catch at Texas last year. Jeff Hafley had a strong first year as the team's defensive coordinator, fielding a unit that ranked within the top six in points and yards allowed ... Despite cornerback Jaire Alexander's uncertain future, the Packers defense will remain stout. Alexander missed 10 games in 2023 and 2024. New cornerback Nate Hobbs is a feisty defender in the slot who can also line up on the boundary if necessary. The Packers will top their 2024 win total with a better in-division record."
I absolutely love that the premise of their prediction is, essentially, two of the Packers' best players may not be around next year, but they'll probably still be better. Hell yeah, Bleacher Report. That's the kind of random heat check I love to see from my mid-May NFL content. No one's going to remember these predictions the moment that actual football starts, so may as take some big ol' hacks while they don't count. That's why they're the best at what they do.
