19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Bryan Bresee, DL, Clemson

It's rebuild time for the Buccaneers in the post-Tom Brady era. They have to start somewhere, so it makes sense to begin up front along the defensive line. Clemson's Bryan Breese has the potential to end up as one of the best defensive prospects in the class.

20. Seattle Seahawks: Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia

Nolan Smith stole the headlines at the combine, and he helps the Seahawks' front seven take a huge step forward. With Smith joining Jalen Carter, the stock of Seattle's defense is rising.

21. Los Angeles Chargers: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

Quentin Johnston has great size, speed, and athleticism, and would be a perfect addition for Justin Herbert and the Chargers. A potential first-round candidate for the Packers.

22. Baltimore Ravens: Myles Murphy, EDGE, Clemson

"How did that player fall to the Baltimore Ravens?" We hear it every year, and it's happened again. Myles Murphy is good enough to be a top-15 pick. Like Rashan Gary in 2019, Murphy is an outstanding athlete with the potential to become a dominant pass rusher.

23. Minnesota Vikings: Hendon Hooker, QB, Tennessee

Wow. The fifth quarterback of the first round comes off the board as the Vikings find their Kirk Cousins replacement. Hendon Hooker could sit in year one before starting in 2024.

24. Jacksonville Jaguars: Calijah Kancey, DL, Pittsburgh

The Jaguars get some help along the defensive line with one of the best athletes at the position in the class.
