Round 3 (88): Braden Fiske, DT, Florida State
The Packers continue to build the defense in the third round with Florida State defensive lineman Braden Fiske. Over the past two seasons, Fiske has made 12 sacks, 21 tackles for loss, and forced three fumbles. Fiske was another Senior Bowl standout, earning the Practice Player of the Week award. He would give Green Bay yet another talented interior pass rusher.
"Braden Fiske is a versatile interior defensive lineman who uses his explosiveness, quickness, and high motor to be disruptive as both a run defender and as a pass rusher," writes The Draft Network's Keith Sanchez.
Round 3 (91): Jaylen Wright, RB, Tennessee
Green Bay finally turns to offense with its fifth pick overall and second in the third round. The Packers need to add at least one running back in the draft. AJ Dillon is a free agent, and they should also consider a player who can replace Aaron Jones in 2025. Tennessee's Jaylen Wright could be the answer.
Tennessee RB Jaylen Wright reminds me a LOT of Aaron Jones.

Almost identical size. Patient runners with explosive quickness when they see a crease. Wright has more top-end speed than Jones, but if the #Packers want a guy to run their same Jones runs, he's someone to watch.
In his final season at Tennessee, Wright rushed for 1,013 yards and four touchdowns at an impressive 7.4 yards per attempt. He can hold up in pass protection and is a talented receiver, which would help him get on the field early in his NFL career. Wright would be a perfect complement for Jones in 2024 and a potential replacement beyond that.
