2. Can Romeo Doubs make second-year jump?

For the Packers to find success on offense, they need their second-year receivers to make a jump. Romeo Doubs will have a significant role to play.

Doubs was the Packers' standout rookie receiver throughout the 2022 offseason program and training camp. He made a good start in the regular season, with 296 yards and three touchdowns in the opening eight games. However, he then missed four games due to injury and struggled for consistency when he returned.

It's encouraging that Doubs has dominated in this year's offseason program, earning praise from head coach Matt LaFleur.

"We see it on a daily basis. I think that Rome has done a nice job of really making that next step," said LaFleur.

He then praised Doubs for "running violent routes, violent cuts, being aggressive with his hands."

Early signs indicate that Doubs will be a go-to receiver for Jordan Love. The Packers' new starting quarterback has leaned on Doubs throughout the offseason program.

The former fourth-round pick has huge upside in this offense. If Doubs makes a second-year jump, he could become the Packers' WR1 this season. That's how much potential he has. But we now need to see Doubs turn his great offseason into production from September.
