2. Dontayvion Wicks already showing his ability to make big plays

Another wide receiver to watch this summer is rookie Dontayvion Wicks. He immediately provides good depth at receiver. Wicks regularly made big plays in college.

And it didn't take long for him to do the same in Green Bay. According to Matt Verderame of Sports Illustrated, Jordan Love connected with Wicks on a 55-yard pass during Tuesday's practice. Verderame was impressed by the catch, noting that Wicks was "looking up into the sun."

Get used to hearing 'Jordan Love to Dontayvion Wicks.' This could be a fun connection this season.

It wasn't just that one moment, either. Wes Hodkiewicz of Packers.com noted that Wicks "made a few plays" at practice, including a touchdown catch from backup quarterback Danny Etling.

Wicks is an excellent athlete with the potential to become a big-play threat in the Packers offense. Drops were an issue during his time at Virginia, but that's an area he can improve.

The Packers have added so much young talent at wide receiver in the past two drafts, so there will be competition for playing time. Like Samori Toure, Wicks is a player to watch this summer. If he keeps making big plays on the practice field, it won't be long before he is playing regular snaps on Sundays this fall.
