1. Packers draft a quarterback in second round

Many Packers fans weren't happy when the team drafted Jordan Love in the first round. Many more probably wouldn't be thrilled about Green Bay drafting a QB in the second round this year. Hey, I wouldn't love it either!

But we have to prepare ourselves. This could become a reality.

From the Packers' perspective, there is logic behind it. They could enter the draft with multiple second-round picks. They also happen to need another quarterback to develop behind Jordan Love.

One name to watch? Tennessee's Hendon Hooker. Green Bay hosted Hooker for a pre-draft visit, and he is projected to go in the early rounds. At the very least, it opens the possibility of the Packers drafting a quarterback early.

Throughout the Aaron Rodgers-Jordan Love story, history has repeated itself. The Packers drafted a first-round QB while they still had a future Hall-of-Famer. The young QB had to wait three years for an opportunity, showing promise off the bench in their third season. The veteran QB was then traded to the New York Jets.

The year Rodgers took the reins as QB1, the Packers drafted Brian Brohm in the second round and Matt Flynn in the seventh.

History could repeat itself for the Packers in this month's draft.
