Will Aaron Rodgers take any subtle digs at the Green Bay Packers and Brian Gutekunst?

Wednesday, he finally gets an opportunity to do so without being under contract by the Packers. Rodgers is set for his introductory press conference with the New York Jets today.

Rodgers is already in the building wearing Jets gear, and it doesn't look right.

The deal will soon become official, and Rodgers will speak to the New York media for the first time on his new team.

It's certainly a strange day for Packers fans. After enjoying a Hall-of-Fame career from Rodgers in Green Bay, it feels weird watching him in another team's gear preparing for the new season.

But the trade ended up a good one for the Packers. Considering Rodgers was unlikely to return to Green Bay this season, saying he was "90 percent" retired on the Pat McAfee Show, the Packers got great value.

Along with a swap of first-round picks that sees Green Bay move to No. 13 overall, the Packers also netted a second-rounder and conditional 2024 second that becomes a first if Rodgers plays 65 percent of the snaps this season.

On Wednesday, he will speak as a Jets player for the first time.

When is Aaron Rodgers' introductory press conference with Jets?

According to Connor Hughes of SNY, Aaron Rodgers' introductory press conference with the New York Jets will begin at 1 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 26.

It will be fascinating to hear if Rodgers makes any comments about his departure from Green Bay, or whether he speaks only about his new team.
