Packers should contact Dolphins about Aaron Rodgers trade

Joining the New York Jets makes a ton of sense for Aaron Rodgers, but the Miami Dolphins would be an even better landing spot for the four-time MVP.

The Dolphins haven't been afraid to trade away draft picks for star players in recent years, having landed All-Pros Tyreek Hill and Jalen Ramsey. They are a team built to win now, and bringing in Rodgers only increases their Super Bowl chances.

Miami's offense ranked sixth in the NFL last season. With Rodgers leading the way, the sky is the limit.

Rodgers couldn't ask for a better destination. On offense, life would be easy throwing to star receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. He'd be backed up by arguably the best defense in football, one that includes All-Pro cornerback duo Jalen Ramsey and Xavien Howard.

Miami only has four draft picks, but its roster is already loaded with talent. One of those picks could be used on a running back or tight end, giving Rodgers even more help.

Send a 2024 first-rounder to Green Bay, and go all-in for a Super Bowl this year.

Even in an AFC East featuring the Buffalo Bills, the Dolphins are in contention. Now give them Aaron Rodgers, and this team would be ready to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC crown.
