Best memes and tweets as Green Bay Packers fans react to Jordan Love's first press conference as QB1.
Jordan Love spoke to the media for the first time as the Green Bay Packers' starting quarterback, and he impressed.
Love spoke well about the transition from backup to starter, the Aaron Rodgers trade, and dealing with pressure as the new starting quarterback in Green Bay.
It's hard not to be impressed with how Love handled the press conference, especially with so many questions about Rodgers. He dealt with it in a classy way, while showing confidence in his own ability to lead the Packers into the future.
"It's not easy in this league," Love said. "I know it's not going to be easy this year. One thing I do is I tell myself every day that I'm good enough. I have really high confidence in myself."
Love has made significant improvements to his game in recent years, and he came across incredibly well. He didn't sound like a rookie quarterback. He may not have much experience playing in the NFL, but he has learned a lot from his three seasons in Green Bay so far.
Throughout the press conference, there were plenty of reactions on Twitter.

Definitely see that "quiet confidence" that has often been used to describe Jordan Love.

Interested to hear what others think, but Jordan Love looks more relaxed than we've seen him in past press conferences to me.

Comfortable.
Jordan Love said he threw with Aaron Jones and Romeo Doubs this offseason in California.

Marked improvement in play in 2022. Noticeable increase in confidence seen in his press conference today. Belief from his coaches that seems genuine.
Just seems, in May, like GB has something in this guy.
Just one press conference, but there was a noticeable shift in Jordan Love's demeanor now that he's QB1.

He looked and sounded relaxed and comfortable. Was not afraid to be candid talking about his frustrations waiting before Rodgers.
Not a million cliches.
Credit to Love.
He entered a difficult situation by getting drafted by the Packers in 2020. It was always going to place him in the spotlight with Aaron Rodgers, and a messy breakup always felt inevitable for Rodgers in Green Bay.
Love has handled the entire situation with class from start to finish, and it's hard to disagree with what others have said about Love coming across as relaxed and confident in this press conference.
Exciting times are ahead as we enter the Jordan Love era.
