Packers schedule 2023: Jordan Love era begins against Bears

The Jordan Love era begins at Soldier Field. Chicago Bears fans will be delighted to see the back of Aaron Rodgers, who has absolutely dominated this rivalry. The Packers have only lost once at Soldier Field since 2010. The Packers even won at Soldier Field with Brett Hundley starting at quarterback.

Rodgers owned the Bears. We know that. Including the playoffs, the Packers went 30-5 against the Bears with Rodgers.

The question is whether he has signed his ownership of the Bears over to Love.

Wouldn't it just be hilarious for Love to go into Soldier Field in Week 1 and dominate? Bears fans won't know what to do. Surely, not another Hall-of-Fame quarterback in Green Bay?

Joking aside, this will be a tough test for Love and the Packers. The Bears will be fired up. It's their season opener, and they will sense an opportunity to beat a young Packers team without their MVP quarterback. Chicago has improved its roster through free agency and the draft and could compete for the NFC North title this season.

It also creates an opportunity for the Packers. And for Love. It would be a huge statement to go into Soldier Field, perform well, and pick up the win.
