From Brett Favre to Aaron Rodgers to Jordan Love? The Green Bay Packers may have struck gold at quarterback again.

Love delivered an all-time playoff appearance at his first attempt, setting a new NFL record for QBR in a postseason game. His passer rating was a little below a perfect score, with Love throwing for 272 yards and three touchdowns in a flawless performance against the Dallas Cowboys.

Love is playing at an MVP level, having thrown for 2,422 yards, 21 touchdowns, and one interception in the past nine games. Green Bay is 7-2 in that stretch.

While Love still has a way to go before being crowned the next great Packers quarterback, he couldn't have dreamed of a better first season as the starter. Love has led this team way past expectations. Clinching a playoff berth already made the season a success. Putting up 41 offensive points against the Cowboys in the wild-card round takes it to another level.

Favre began an incredible run of quarterback play in Green Bay that has spanned more than three decades, and he praised Love after his latest dominant performance.

Brett Favre praises Jordan Love, believes Packers can win it all

The NFL world is talking about Jordan Love after his dominant playoff debut. Brett Favre spoke to Jason Whitlock of the Fearless podcast, and he believes the Packers can win it all if they maintain this level of play.

"I don't think anyone could disagree, whether you like the Packers or not. That performance was a Super Bowl performance," said Favre. "If they perform that way, the rest of the way, they're in the Super Bowl. And quite frankly, in my opinion, they probably win it."

"That performance yesterday was nothing short of spectacular," Favre added.

It's a big statement, but he's not wrong. If the Packers put in a similar performance again on Saturday night, they can absolutely upset the San Francisco 49ers, especially if Love is on top of his game.

His ability to read defenses, make adjustments, and accurately put the ball in the right place is so impressive. He looks like a veteran, not a quarterback in their first year starting. And Favre is impressed.

"The rise of Jordan Love. The pressure, the expectations that he was under," said Favre. "With Aaron Rodgers, there's big shoes to fill. Jordan Love has done a fantastic job of handling his situation."

Green Bay enters the NFC Divisional Round as heavy underdogs, but that's nothing new. This team was in a similar position last week at Dallas.

San Francisco is the best team in the NFC, but if the Packers can build momentum and put in another excellent performance, they could shock the world again.
