While the Green Bay Packers are relatively healthy entering their season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles, they are left with uncertainty over three key players on offense.

Tight end Tucker Kraft and running backs MarShawn Lloyd and Emanuel Wilson are questionable for Friday's showdown in Brazil, leaving the Packers with concern in the backfield.

Kraft was added to the injury report on Wednesday with a back issue. It's never a great sign when a player suffers an injury during the week of practice, and a long flight to Brazil isn't exactly the perfect medicine for a back injury.

The Packers also won't have edge rusher Arron Mosby, who didn't travel with the team due to a personal issue.

Here is the Packers' final injury report for Week 1:

There is good news, though. Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper, who battled a groin injury for much of training camp, is good to go. He may not start the game but should feature off the bench. Cooper can quickly become a key contributor at the heart of Jeff Hafley's defense.

Cornerback Carrington Valentine is also available after overcoming a hamstring injury, and the Packers don't have concerns with Romeo Doubs' hand issue.

The biggest worry is at running back.

Josh Jacobs is the only healthy running back on the 53-man roster. The Packers may need to promote someone from the practice squad, which could give new signing Chris Brooks a debut. Brooks has the talent to eventually push Wilson for the No. 3 job, but he needs to get up to speed with the playbook first.

Philadelphia has ruled out two players: cornerback Isaiah Rodgers and linebacker Devin White, who didn't travel.

Both teams are relatively healthy, but the Packers hope for good news with their three questionable players.
