4. Ben Bloom

One of the early, positive stories of this young season so far has been the defense over in Cleveland. The Browns' defense has been number one in a bunch of categories thus far, and most of them you can attribute to just how good the defensive line has been.

Ben Bloom is the Browns' current defensive line coach, and he's been there to see the flourishing career of Myles Garrett. Having 14 years of NFL coaching experience, Bloom is still young, but he's fully capable. He rejoined the Browns for his second stint with the team back in 2020 and helped take the league's 30th ranked run defense and improve them to no. 9 the very next season; a highly impressive feat.

This year, Bloom's defensive line is responsible for the league's no. 2 overall run defense, allowing just 52.0 yards per game on the ground. The Browns are also fifth in the league with 9.0 sacks. Bloom's work with Garrett, and now having the likes of Za'Darius Smith, has been noticeable. This is a unit that has taken a huge step forward, and Bloom is a big reason why.
