3. Brian Johnson, Offensive Coordinator, Philadelphia Eagles

Another one of the hotter candidates next offseason is going to be Brian Johnson, the current offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles. Johnson began his time in Philadelphia as the team's quarterbacks coach in 2021, where he began working with Jalen Hurts.

Johnson can be credited with helping develop Hurts and now, he's the team's offensive coordinator. The Eagles are currently third in yards per game, fourth in points scored and fifth in rushing. Johnson has done a marvelous job not only developing Hurts, but using the talent around him to build one of the league's best offenses.

Now, the Packers have a ways to go before they can be compared to Hurts and company, but hiring Johnson would be a start. Do the Packers continue to roll with Jordan Love? Can Johnson turn Love into a top-end quarterback? That seems like a lot to answer right now, but at the very least, Johnson would bring a bright offensive mind to Green Bay, during a time where offense has been hard to come by.
