4. Press Taylor, Offensive Coordinator, Jacksonville Jaguars

A somewhat-underrated name that could get coaching looks in the next year or two is Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Press Taylor. Much of the Jaguars' turnaround over the past two seasons has been attributed to the coaching and scheme of Doug Pederson. But, Taylor is Pederson's guy, and has been preparing for his chance eventually.

Taylor is the brother of Bengals head coach Zac and spent many years in Philadelphia, where so many good coaches have come from over the last decade. One coach called Taylor "detailed, a consistent leader and well organized" as well as a "high-level game-planner."

Jacksonville has won four games in a row, right now, and have scored over 30 points on three occasions already this year. Sitting at 5-2, the Jaguars have full control of the AFC South thanks to Trevor Lawrence and company. Taylor and Pederson have been a big reason why Lawrence has been able to develop and continues developing, which is the number one reason why Jacksonville has seen so much success.
