Avoid: Derrick Henry, 2024 NFL Free Agency

This is tough to say, because Derrick Henry has arguably been the most dominant running back in all of football over the last 5-6 years. We have seen him go for over 2,000 yards in a season. We've seen stiff arm after stiff arm, violent run after violent run, and now, his time with the Tennessee Titans may finally be coming to an end.

This season, he's had plenty of games where he's seen less usage than normal. The Titans appear ready to move forward without him, meaning he'll be in the market for a new team.

More likely than not, Henry will want to find a team that he can compete for a Super Bowl with. A team like the Baltimore Ravens makes a lot of sense. But, the Packers don't seem like a fit. Green Bay probably isn't going to be Super Bowl bound in the coming year, therefore Henry probably wouldn't be interested.

Now, Henry is also going to be 30 years old next month. It is very rare for an NFL team to pay a free agent running back at the age of 28, let alone over the 30-year mark.
