Jordan Love is a leader. He threw four touchdown passes in his return from injury but had three costly interceptions, and he took accountability. The Green Bay Packers fought back from a four-touchdown deficit but ultimately fell two points short against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 4.

There was plenty of blame to pass around for the loss, but Love has taken responsibility.

"I did not play well enough personally," said Love. "My accuracy was a little bit off, a little bit shaky, and it was definitely making it hard for some of the guys, which led to us getting off the field early and not being able to put up points."

Wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks caught two touchdowns but had several costly drops, including a potential touchdown catch that bounced right off his chest. Again, Love took the blame.

"A lot of it was just me. I was making it really hard on him for a lot of those catches," said Love.

Love did throw a couple too low, making the catch difficult, but Wicks also dropped passes that were on the money. Still, it's a credit to Love and his leadership. He takes accountability and removes the blame from his teammates.

Jordan Love showed promise in Packers return despite the errors

Love makes too many unforced errors, like his third interception. He heaved a pass into the end zone for seemingly no reason—it was a low-percentage throw and led to an easy pick. However, once Love shook off the rust, he reminded us why he landed a $220 million deal in the offseason.

His first touchdown pass was a thing of beauty, hitting Jayden Reed in stride for a 15-yard connection that bailed out Matt LaFleur after his needless penalty.

Love threw three touchdowns in the fourth quarter, along with a successful two-point conversion.

The Packers have a lot to clean up in the weeks ahead, including Love, but he performed admirably despite being less than 100 percent. The interceptions hurt the team, but the big-time moments serve as an important reminder of this offense's unlimited potential.

Beyond the performance, Love's leadership was on full display. He lifts up his teammates and takes accountability for his mistakes, even if that means accepting blame for plays where he doesn't deserve it.
