Madden 24 ratings: Top 5 players in NFC North at each position
- NFC North Madden 24 ratings at each position
- Jordan Love is fourth-best QB in division
- Packers have several wins on defense
Tight ends
- T.J. Hockenson, Vikings (90)
- Cole Kmet, Bears (79)
- Robert Tonyan, Bears (77)
- Josh Oliver, Vikings (72)
- Sam LaPorta, Lions (70)
The top two make sense. T.J. Hockenson is among the best tight ends in the league, while Cole Kmet is the clear second-best in the division as things stand. The Packers can feel a little unlucky here. Rookies Luke Musgrave (68) and Tucker Kraft (66) received low grades.
Offensive linemen
- David Bakhtiari, Packers (90)
- Frank Ragnow, Lions (88)
- Elgton Jenkins, Packers (87)
- Brian O'Neill, Vikings (86)
- Penei Sewell, Lions (86)
Madden gets this spot on. David Bakhtiari is still a dominant left tackle. Frank Ragnow is an outstanding starter. Elgton Jenkins is a Pro Bowler. Christian Darrisaw and Taylor Decker just missed out on the top five.
Interior defensive linemen
- Kenny Clark, Packers (86)
- Harrison Phillips, Vikings (79)
- Justin Jones, Bears (74)
- Alim McNeill, Lions (72)
- Andrew Billings, Bears (72)
Again, this seems about right. Outside of Kenny Clark, there isn't a ton of interior defensive line talent in the NFC North. There are many players with potential, including Packers rookie Colby Wooden, but the Madden 24 ratings are a fair reflection of this position entering the 2023 season. It will be interesting to see how these ratings change throughout the year.
