After a fascinating offseason, the NFC North is wide open. Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have dominated the division for over a decade, but his departure sets up one of the most interesting seasons in recent memory.

The Packers enter the Jordan Love era. With so much change comes uncertainty.

Elsewhere in the division, the Chicago Bears turned the No. 1 overall selection into a boatload of picks, while spending big in free agency. The Detroit Lions aim to take the next step, while the Minnesota Vikings will attempt to defend their division crown.

Now that the offseason has calmed down following free agency, the Rodgers trade, and the draft, it's time to update the NFC North power rankings.

4. Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears have a chance to go from worst to first. They did this in 2018, turning a 5-11 record that had them rock bottom in the NFC North to 12-4 and the division title.

Building around Justin Fields was an emphasis this offseason, and they made some excellent moves. The Bears brought in receiver D.J. Moore in the trade-down from No. 1 overall, then used the No. 9 pick to select Tennessee tackle Darnell Wright.

Chicago drafted wide receiver Tyler Scott and signed former Packers tight end Robert Tonyan.

The Bears upgraded their offensive line and receiving corps, giving Fields the help he needed. Winners of the offseason, can the Bears now rise up these rankings when the games get underway in September?
