For the first time in three decades, the Green Bay Packers' NFC North rivals don't have two matchups with either Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers on the schedule.

Rodgers' departure is by far the number one quarterback storyline in the division this offseason, and it dramatically changes things entering the 2023 season.

With Rodgers starting, the Packers' quarterback room has sat atop the NFC North power rankings. But he's gone. Which team has taken over first place?

The Rodgers trade shakes up the NFC North quarterback depth chart rankings.

4. Green Bay Packers

Jordan Love, Sean Clifford, Danny Etling

The Packers' quarterback trio has thrown a combined 83 passes in the regular season, all coming from the right arm of Jordan Love.

Love has all of one career start to his name. Projected backup Sean Clifford is a fifth-round rookie, while Danny Etling is yet to throw an NFL pass despite being in the league since 2018.

This group has next to no experience. Love had the benefit of sitting behind Aaron Rodgers for three years, but he hasn't had many opportunities to play in the regular season.

Even if Love impresses in year one, what happens if he misses time? Green Bay would be relying on the complete unknown with its backup quarterbacks. Signing a veteran in free agency would make a lot of sense this summer.
