28. Indianapolis Colts

Is rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson ready to make an impact in year one? We're about to find out. Star running back Jonathan Taylor begins the regular season on the PUP list, and it's unclear if he will even play for the Colts again. This team still has a lot of work to do.

27. Tennessee Titans

Over the past five seasons, Derrick Henry has an incredible 7,101 rushing yards and 68 touchdowns. But how long can he continue to carry the Titans' offense? Henry enters his age-30 season and has 1,750 carries across seven years in Tennessee.

26. Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders swapped Derek Carr for Jimmy Garoppolo this offseason. Will that help or hurt their offense? It might not matter if their defense is as bad as expected. The Raiders need another huge season from former Packers wide receiver Davante Adams.

25. Carolina Panthers

Carolina could be a surprise team this season. A talented defense leads the way. If first overall pick Bryce Young makes a fast start, the Panthers can compete in the wide-open NFC South.

24. Washington Commanders

Washington will rely on its defense to keep games close this season. There are still serious questions on offense, which could limit how far the Commanders can go.

23. Atlanta Falcons

Rookie Bijan Robinson will run behind an excellent offensive line, giving Atlanta one of the league's best rushing attacks. It's a big year for young quarterback Desmond Ridder. A lack of defensive talent hurts the Falcons' chances.
