Standout: Devonte Wyatt

The Packers believe Devonte Wyatt can make a jump in year two, and the early signs are encouraging. Wyatt, who is set to see a significant increase in snaps this season, had an excellent day of practice.

"It's still early, but it really looks like Devonte Wyatt is taking that proverbial next step. He is flashing in every aspect of the game," writes Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV.

The Packers need their young defensive linemen to step up following the departure of Jarran Reed and Dean Lowry. Wyatt had a strong finish to his rookie season, and he is off to an impressive start at training camp.

Dud: Josh Myers

Josh Myers is in danger of losing his starting job. Zach Tom has spent the majority of training camp lined up at right tackle in the first-team offense, but that changed on Tuesday.

Tom was the starting center for much of practice, with Myers playing in the second-team offense.

Myers hasn't helped himself. According to Andy Herman of the Pack-A-Day podcast, Myers and Danny Etling had two botched snaps on Tuesday. As Herman noted, Myers also had two botched exchanges with Jordan Love earlier in training camp.

Tom at center and Yosh Nijman at right tackle is a possible direction the Packers could go in. Myers must bounce back or risk losing a starting job.
