4. Quay Walker, LB

It's a big second season for Quay Walker, the Packers' first choice in last year's draft. Walker had an inconsistent rookie year, but he also showed a ton of potential.

Walker has the speed and athleticism to become a Pro Bowl linebacker. He led the Packers in tackles last season with 121 and also made 1.5 sacks, four quarterback hits, seven pass defenses, and forced three fumbles.

He impressed in coverage. According to Pro Football Reference, Walker allowed just 53.3% of passes to be completed and a passer rating of 63.6 in his coverage. However, he missed six tackles, an area he needs to improve.

Walker was ejected twice in his rookie season. That can't happen.

The Packers hinted at Walker being more involved as a pass rusher this year. And it makes sense. Walker can be a difference-maker on all three downs with his speed and athleticism.

But he needs to become more consistent. It's completely understandable to make mistakes as a rookie, but it's now on Walker to learn and improve. If he reaches his potential, the Packers will have a Pro Bowl linebacker in the middle of the field. But if Walker continues to miss tackles and lack consistency, it could be a frustrating season.
