The Green Bay Packers have made significant changes to their roster this offseason, both with the players they have brought in and also moved on from.

Many key starters like Aaron Rodgers, Allen Lazard, and Adrian Amos are now former Packers. Some of them have already found new teams for the upcoming season, but there are still several former Packers available in free agency.

It shouldn't be long before Amos finds a new team this summer, but which former Packers players could be done in the NFL?

Jake Kumerow, WR

Wide receiver Jake Kumerow has been in the NFL since 2015 but has only made 27 catches in the regular season, including 20 with the Packers.

Since leaving Green Bay, Kumerow has spent time with the Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints. He has been active for 21 games for the Bills over the past two seasons but made only seven catches for 114 yards and a touchdown.

Perhaps Kumerow will reunite with Aaron Rodgers this summer, but the New York Jets have a crowded wide receiver room.

Kumerow often starred in the preseason for the Packers but was unable to take that into the regular season. He turned 31 this offseason and remains a free agent.
