Running back (3)

Aaron Jones, AJ Dillon, Patrick Taylor

It's so difficult to leave Tyler Goodson off the 53-man roster. There's still an excellent chance the Packers will find room for him.

But we can't ignore Patrick Taylor's special teams contributions, which will factor into the Packers' decision. The Packers have stressed the importance of their third running back playing on special teams, and that makes it advantage Taylor.

Wide receiver (5)

Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Samori Toure, Dontayvion Wicks

Undrafted rookie Malik Heath could give the Packers a tough decision if he can perform well in the preseason. However, for now, it doesn't seem likely Green Bay will make any surprise decisions at wide receiver.

We know Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, rookie Jayden Reed, and Samori Toure make up the top four. Dontayvion Wicks is likely the WR5. For now, there's no reason to keep any more receivers.

Tight end (4)

Luke Musgrave, Josiah Deguara, Tucker Kraft, Tyler Davis

One of the few positions without any uncertainty. The Packers' top four haven't changed during training camp.

Luke Musgrave is a starter and will be joined by either Josiah Deguara or Tucker Kraft when the Packers have two tight ends on the field. Tyler Davis is a key special teams contributor and makes the roster as the TE4.
