4. Grant DuBose

Seventh-round rookie Grant DuBose has a couple of things working against him.

While the Packers have a new-look receiving corps, which should create openings, they also have a lot of depth. Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Jayden Reed are roster locks, and it would come as a huge surprise if either Samori Toure or Dontayvion Wicks didn't make the 53.

That's five already. The Packers may not keep more than that on their initial roster.

Even if they do keep a sixth, DuBose has another problem. While injury forced him out of the offseason workout program, other receivers on the roster bubble stepped up, including Malik Heath and Jeff Cotton.

If Brian Gutekunst had to pick a sixth receiver to keep on the roster today, he would have a difficult time choosing DuBose over Heath.

DuBose has to make up the ground at training camp, but that won't be easy after missing valuable snaps in the offseason. He needs to make a fast start and stack success at practice and in the preseason, forcing Green Bay to keep him as the sixth receiver.

But with the Packers' receiving depth and time DuBose has missed, he faces an uphill battle to make the 53-man roster.
