Round 2: Aaron Rodgers trade and two picks

The Packers and Jets finally come to an agreement for Aaron Rodgers. New York sends one of its second-rounders, a conditional 2024 pick, and wide receiver Corey Davis to Green Bay for Rodgers. The Packers net a premium pick this year, a two that can become a one in 2024, and a veteran receiver to help the offense.

Round 2 (42): Adetomiwa Adebawore, DL, Northwestern

Adetomiwa Adebawore is one of the best athletes in the draft class, with a Relative Athletic Score of 9.72 out of 10. His 4.49-second 40-yard dash was faster than several of the top wide receivers in this class.

Adebawore's versatility should excite the Packers, as he could line up on the edge or inside.

"He displayed a lot of progress in his game over the past three seasons and had three spectacular days of practice at the Senior Bowl, where he was unstoppable," wrote Tony Pauline of Pro Football Network.

The Packers hosted Adebawore for a pre-draft visit. They would be getting an outstanding athlete with huge upside in the NFL, no matter where he lines up along the defensive line.

Round 2 (45): Jonathan Mingo, WR, Mississippi

After trading for Corey Davis, the Packers complete their wide receiver rebuild by selecting Jonathan Mingo in the second round.

Mingo is another incredible athlete, has great size at 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, and he has physicality the Packers would love, especially as a blocker. He averaged 16.9 yards per reception last season, making 51 catches for 861 yards and five touchdowns in 13 games.

The Ole Miss star is one of the best fits for the Packers' offense in the entire class.
