2. Packers could trade for Tee Higgins

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Higgins could be on the move this offseason. According to ESPN's Dan Graziano, several people at the NFL Combine believe the Bengals franchise-tagged Higgins to trade him.

The idea of the Packers trading for Higgins has split opinion in the fanbase. Some view it as an opportunity to land the missing piece in the Packers' offense, with Higgins becoming the go-to WR1. Others believe it would either be too expensive or Higgins wouldn't even necessarily be the best receiver in Green Bay.

There are valid arguments on both sides. Take away the trade compensation and the cost of a new contract, and there's no doubting the impact Higgins could make. He is an excellent wide receiver. But when those other factors are brought in, it makes things complicated.

The Bengals find themselves in a similarly tough spot. They will soon have to pay star receiver Ja'Marr Chase. Can they afford to also pay Higgins? Are they better off taking advantage of a deep rookie class to find their next number two wide receiver?

The Packers likely won't get involved in negotiations for a Higgins trade, but if they can find a way to make it happen, there's no doubt he would make a significant impact to this offense.
