Packers upset the Cowboys

The Packers owned the Cowboys during the Aaron Rodgers era. The four-time league MVP passed ownership of the Chicago Bears to Jordan Love. And we expect Love to lead Green Bay to a famous win over Dallas in the NFC Wild Card Round.

Make no mistake, this is a daunting challenge for any team. The Cowboys are perfect at home this season. However, there is a path to victory for the Packers. Dallas is the better team, but Green Bay can outplay them on the day.

The Detroit Lions lost to the Cowboys after a controversial ending, but they almost became the first visiting team to win at AT&T Stadium this season back in Week 17. Detroit's defense allowed over 400 yards to Dallas but forced two turnovers, which helped limit the Cowboys to 20 points. They pressured Prescott often, sacking him three times, and remained committed to their rushing attack, averaging four yards per carry.

It needs to be a big Aaron Jones day for Green Bay. If he continues to dominate like he has over the past three weeks, everything will fall into place for the Packers' offense. That's half the battle. If they can come up with a big play or two on defense, there is a path to upsetting the Cowboys.

The Packers can play with no fear. All the pressure is on Mike McCarthy and the Cowboys, especially with their 1-2 postseason record over the past two years. Green Bay can shock the world with an upset win over Dallas.
