8. Dontayvion Wicks, WR

Dontayvion Wicks is a classic Packers pick. We knew he was on their radar after they hosted him for a pre-draft visit. Wicks has good size and athleticism at 6-foot-1, 206 pounds, with a Relative Athletic Score of 9.17 out of 10.

Wicks made a number of big plays in college, with his best season coming in 2021. That year, Wicks caught 57 passes for 1,203 yards and nine touchdowns, averaging an impressive 21.1 yards per reception.

Drops were an issue for Wicks and he only played in eight games last season, putting up 430 yards and two touchdowns. Still, with his size, athleticism, and big-play ability, Wicks has the chance to contribute right away as a solid WR4.

7. Karl Brooks, DL

Karl Brooks may end up as one of the steals of the draft when we re-grade the class three years from now. Brooks spent time as an edge rusher in college, although he will likely play mostly inside along the Packers' defensive line.

His pass-rushing ability is clear, and he has the numbers to back it up. Brooks made 10 sacks in his final season at Bowling Green, along with 18 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, and four pass defenses.

Brooks immediately helps Green Bay's defensive line.
