Green Bay Packers fans already had a million reasons to love Aaron Jones. He gave them another on Sunday night.

Jones tried to calm things down during a postgame fight involving Minnesota Vikings cornerback Andrew Booth. Jones was inadvertently hit in the face, and he wasn't happy about it.

It's unclear what started the scuffle, but Booth has every reason to be frustrated. He was part of a defense that had just gotten destroyed by Jordan Love. There was little the Vikings could do to stop Love or Jones combining for 376 yards and four touchdowns against Minnesota's defense.

Jones dominated with 20 carries for 120 yards, but his best play of the day came during the postgame scuffle.

Aaron Jones drops the mic on Vikings after Packers dominant win

Jones sent a message to the Vikings after the game, holding up an "L" in their direction.

If you anger Aaron Jones, you know you've done something wrong. But even in that moment, Jones kept his cool and calmly handed the Vikings the L they had dropped.

The funniest part is that it appears a Packers player accidentally hit Jones, not Booth. Even so, Jones was there to defend his teammates in the situation.

It's hard not to love this rivalry. Packers-Vikings games are rarely dull. These two teams have competed at the top of the NFC North consistently, and this was another huge game with significant playoff implications. According to the New York Times predictor, Green Bay improved its playoff chances to 68 percent, while Minnesota dropped to just three percent.

Jones is making plays on the field and, in this case, off it, too. He has 247 rushing yards over the past two weeks. The Packers will need another big performance from him in Week 18 to lead Green Bay to a playoff berth.
