Darnell Savage

Darnell Savage is a free agent in the offseason. His future is up in the air. The former first-round pick has missed the past five games due to injury, but Green Bay activated him from injured reserve ahead of Week 13.

Savage needs a solid finish to the season to prove why he deserves a new contract. Rudy Ford is having an excellent year, rookie Anthony Johnson could be a future starter in Green Bay, and backup Jonathan Owens has made game-changing plays. Savage is the Packers' top safety when healthy, but that could change in 2024 if he doesn't play well in the remaining games of the regular season.

AJ Dillon

The Packers don't often give second contracts to running backs, but AJ Dillon can become an exception if he continues to play well down the stretch. Dillon has overcome a tough start to the season and has made an impact during the Packers' 3-1 stretch over the past four weeks.

Despite Green Bay's offensive line ranking 28th in the league for run-block win rate, per ESPN, Dillon is running hard, playing with physicality, and making plays as a runner and receiver. It's exactly what the Packers have needed without Aaron Jones.

Can Dillon land a new deal in the offseason? His play in December could give us the answer.
