Week 2: Packers at Falcons

Green Bay has a lot to battle with in this matchup. The noise will be loud inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making communication challenging for an inexperienced Packers offense. Not to mention, the Falcons boasted the league's third-best rushing offense last season, and that's before they drafted Bijan Robinson. Not good news for a Packers run defense that has a lot of work to do.

Prediction: Atlanta 27, Green Bay 24 (1-1)

Week 3: Packers vs. Saints

The Packers' home opener provides an opportunity to bounce back against the Derek Carr-led Saints. In what could become a battle of the defenses, Joe Barry's unit has the talent to limit New Orleans' offense, leading Green Bay to a bounce-back victory.

Prediction: Green Bay 21, New Orleans 17 (2-1)

Week 4: Packers vs. Lions (Thursday Night Football)

As hard as it may be to believe, the Lions have the best roster in the NFC North. Their dominant offensive line could make life difficult even for the Packers' excellent pass rush. More concerning is Detroit's new-look rushing attack featuring rookie Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery. Even with a short week favoring the Packers, it's the Lions taking the road victory.

Prediction: Detroit 24, Green Bay 21 (2-2)

Week 5: Packers at Raiders (Monday Night Football)

Jaire Alexander vs. Davante Adams, anyone? That's the key matchup in this game, but the Packers will also have to overcome a loud environment. Winning on the road is never easy, and this could be a challenging night for the Packers' inexperienced offense.

Prediction: Las Vegas 27, Green Bay 17 (2-3)
