The Green Bay Packers' offense must adjust in Week 5, as they will likely be without Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs when they visit the Los Angeles Rams.

The Packers listed both receivers as doubtful on the final injury report for Week 5. Watson avoided a significant ankle injury in last week's loss to the Minnesota Vikings but likely won't play this week. Romeo Doubs may also miss the game due to a personal matter.

The Packers listed guard Elgton Jenkins and tight end Luke Musgrave as questionable, adding further injury concerns for the offense.

Assuming Watson and Doubs don't play, the Packers will need another receiver to step up alongside Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks. Bo Melton and Malik Heath made an impact when they were called on last season, and we could see more of the same in Week 5.

Wicks has a huge opportunity.

Dontayvion Wicks needs a big performance for Packers in Week 5

Wicks has struggled with drops in the opening four games, but he began to get on a roll late in last week's game against the Vikings. Despite dropping two potential touchdowns earlier in the game, he found the end zone twice in the fourth quarter to almost help Green Bay make its greatest comeback in franchise history.

The second-year pro is getting open more consistently than any other receiver in the league. If Wicks can stop dropping the ball, he has almost unlimited potential in this offense. Wicks knows how to get open, so it's only a matter of time before the big plays come more regularly.

When everyone is healthy, Wicks' opportunities are hard to come by. Watson's absence opened the door for more snaps, but with Doubs also doubtful, the Packers will lean on Wicks this week. It gives him a great opportunity to remind Matt LaFleur why he deserves a full-time role moving forward.

The Packers will miss Watson and Doubs, but Jayden Reed is a superstar and Wicks has shown signs of becoming a great player. Reed has 277 receiving yards and two touchdowns in two games with Jordan Love this season. Wicks made five catches for 78 yards and two scores last week, and his opportunities will increase in Week 5.
