The Green Bay Packers are one win away from clinching a playoff berth, overcoming the odds after a slow start to the Jordan Love era.

Green Bay's second-half revival comes from the improved play on offense, powered by Love. The Packers' offensive line and new-look receiving corps have stepped up, including rookie star Jayden Reed.

Several Packers on rookie deals have delivered this season. However, there are many on big contracts who have not met expectations.

Joe Barry

Green Bay is aiming to reach the postseason in spite of defensive coordinator Joe Barry. The Packers' defense made some contributions early in the year but has fallen off dramatically.

Under Barry's watch, the Packers have a bottom-five run defense, allowing four teams to rush for over 200 yards.

Tommy DeVito, Baker Mayfield, and Bryce Young had career days against the Packers' defense in consecutive weeks, combining for 851 passing yards, seven touchdowns, and no interceptions.

DeVito also had 71 rushing yards. Mayfield earned a perfect passer rating. Young has failed to throw a touchdown pass in five of his past six games. The one exception came against Green Bay when he had two. Not including the game against the Packers, Carolina has averaged 8.6 points per game over the past six weeks. They put up 30 on Barry's defense.

We could go on all day. Under Barry, Green Bay's defense has been a disaster.
