Week 15: Green Bay vs. Tampa Bay

It's the 2020 NFC title game rematch we've all been waiting for, except there's no Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady. Instead, it will be Jordan Love versus Baker Mayfield or Kyle Trask.

The Bucs still have talent from their Super Bowl run, but they will take a significant step back this season, especially without Brady. If the Packers are to stay in the NFC North race and push for a playoff berth, they need to be winning these games at home.

Whether it's Mayfield or Trask starting at quarterback, the Packers' defense forces multiple turnovers, and Green Bay comes away with an impressive win.

Prediction: Green Bay 30, Tampa Bay 14 (7-7)

Week 16: Green Bay at Carolina

The Panthers hope to become playoff contenders after drafting Bryce Young with the first overall pick in last month's draft. They play in the wide-open NFC South following Tom Brady's retirement, so Young could be the difference for Carolina this season.

However, even if Young does make an instant impact, the Panthers are still a way off becoming serious contenders in the NFC. Green Bay has plenty of talent on defense, and that could be a problem for Young, who lacks NFL experience.

The Packers' secondary steps up with a couple of crucial interceptions, leading their team to a valuable road victory over the Panthers.

Prediction: Green Bay 21, Carolina 14 (8-7)
