9. Justin Fields, Chicago Bears

Justin Fields will be an interesting player to watch this season. Now that the Chicago Bears have upgraded their offensive line and strengthened their receiving corps by adding D.J. Moore, Tyler Scott, and Robert Tonyan, can Fields take the next step?

The Packers' defense has given Fields problems in the four times they have played against him. Fields has thrown for 722 yards, three touchdowns, and six interceptions against the Packers, losing all four games, although he does have 208 rushing yards with two touchdowns.

8. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

Jared Goff had a solid 2022 season for the Detroit Lions, throwing 29 touchdown passes and only seven interceptions. However, he is unlikely to ever become a star quarterback, which is why it's not surprising the Lions drafted Hendon Hooker.

Still, with talent around him, Goff could create problems for Green Bay's defense.

7. Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos

Russell Wilson's first season with the Denver Broncos couldn't have gone much worse, throwing just 16 touchdown passes with 11 interceptions in 15 games. However, there's a reason why the Broncos traded for Wilson a year ago, and he now gets to work with Sean Payton.

The Packers have had success against Wilson. In the nine games they have played against him, Wilson has thrown for 1,797 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
