Round 3 (71): Sedrick Van Pran, C, Georgia

Another possible draft-day steal is Georgia's Sedrick Van Pran. The Packers have publicly praised starting center Josh Myers this season, and, to his credit, his play has improved of late. However, he must prove he can consistently play at a high level, something we have yet to see. If not, the Packers should consider searching for an upgrade in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Van Pran is arguably the best center in next year's rookie class, and he could start from Day 1 in Green Bay. According to Pro Football Focus, he allowed zero sacks and zero QB hits in the opening eight games this season.

The Packers have lacked consistent center play since losing All-Pro Corey Linsley. Van Pran has consistently produced at a high level for Georgia and is ready to make an immediate impact in the NFL.

While Rasheed Walker has struggled at left tackle, much of the Packers' offensive line issues have come from the interior positions this season. Finding upgrades at center and guard isn't out of the question, but it's a no-brainer if Van Pran is available when the Packers hit the clock in the third round. He is too talented to pass up, especially at a position of need.
